Your role as an Account Services Manager will involve all of the following and possibly more.
- Serve as the in house coordinator for a select number of major retail and wholesale accounts through the US and Canada.
- Solving customer issues
- Order entry
- Invoicing
- Collecting
- Facilitating artwork for new customers or new items
- Completing regulatory documentation for accounts
- Creating sales reports
- Developing Power Point presentations
- Coordinating trade shows and advertising
- Providing sales samples to customers as needed
- Purchasing packaging components and / or raw materials
