Role: Business Analyst- Banking
Location: Richardson, TX (3-days onsite)

Experience: 7 to 10 years
MUST Experience in Card Ledger with Dispute Management
Responsibilities:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in IT, with a focus on ITIL processes, API integration, stakeholder management, and finance.
- Technical Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the domain of Card Ledger with Dispute Management
- The candidate should possess Expertise in Technologies such as SQL an Splunk
- ITIL Expertise: In-depth knowledge and practical experience applying ITIL processes, particularly in service management, change management, and problem management.
- API Knowledge: Experience with API design, integration, and optimization in a business context.
- Stakeholder & Finance Management experience/background
- Strong Communication Skills and Problem-Solving Skill,
- Background in Security/Fraud Security/Cyber security is an extra plus
- Tools & Software: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and other business analysis or project management tools. Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Postman, Apigee) is a plus.
This is a full-time position with Value Technology. No C2C arrangements. W2 only.
