Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and employee morale.
- Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and propose action plans to address employee concerns and improve engagement.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor employee sentiment and engagement metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Oversee office administration tasks to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies aligned with company policies.
- Stay up to date with best practices and trends in employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in designing and implementing engagement and recognition programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret employee feedback and engagement metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives including office administration
- Proficiency in HRIS, survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience working in diverse and dynamic work environments.
