Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will utilize your skills in customer relationship management and collaboration to ensure a positive experience for our clients. Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to enhance customer relationships and drive sales opportunities.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Participate in project management initiatives aimed at improving service processes and enhancing customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields; experience in Financial Services or banking environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with collaboration sales techniques and account management practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn and use online programs to help manage client accounts.
  • MUST have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
