- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Participate in project management initiatives aimed at improving service processes and enhancing customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related fields; experience in Financial Services or banking environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Experience with collaboration sales techniques and account management practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to learn and use online programs to help manage client accounts.
- MUST have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
