Job description
ValveTek Utility Services, Inc. nationwide water utility contractor, is seeking a candidate with experience working administratively in the contracting file to provide logistics o ice support with a variety of clerical activities and provide dispatch information to filed operations crews at our Kenilworth Operations Center.
Duties
- Professionally answer incoming calls.
- Provide administrative support to field operations crews.
- Maintain data entry for outbound and inbound projects.
- Enter live data into system from field operations crews.
- Ensure accuracy of data entered into system
- Create excel spreadsheets as required
- Various filing as required - assist others with priority tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned - 1 yr Relevant work experience
- Technology savvy

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
