We are seeking a Director to lead our Post Surgical Services and Neuroscience Unit. This pivotal role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and clinical excellence of these critical departments. Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve patient care services.
- Coordinate case management activities, ensuring effective communication among healthcare providers, patients, and families.
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to care plans as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and ensure adherence within the organization.
- Provide training and education to staff on medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and best practices in patient care.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in post-surgical or neuroscience services.
- Minimum 5 years RN experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
