- Manage all aspects of the facility, including budgeting, staffing, and resident care
- Supervise staff members to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Oversee documentation review and medical records to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Implement and enforce resident rights policies
- Coordinate patient monitoring and ensure appropriate care plans are in place
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all operations
*Experience*
- AWHON Certification Required
- Valid RN Lincense.
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate staff effectively

Pay: $63,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
