Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about automotive products, services, and repair processes.
- Schedule appointments for service and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Assist customers with warranty claims and track the status of their requests.
- Collaborate with the service department to address customer issues and expedite resolutions.
- Process transactions, including payments and refunds, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
- You are friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team
- Experience in retail or a service industry (preferred)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Have an eagerness to learn
- You can lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to use hand tools
- Can stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
