The Associate IT Project Manager will support the IT Project Management Office (PMO) by administering key tools, managing operational processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of team functions. This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing PMO tools, managing resource workflows, and providing essential support to ensure the success of IT projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- ServiceNow Administration
Manage and maintain ServiceNow configurations and workflows for the PMO.
Create and maintain dashboards in various tools to provide visibility into project status, resource allocation, and team performance.
Administer and manage timesheet processes and systems.
Act as the primary administrator for Jira, managing user access, project configurations, and workflows.
Coordinate IT resource onboarding and offboarding processes, including access setup and deactivation for PMO tools.
Administer PMO tools, ensuring they are updated and fully functional to support project execution.
Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline Global Operations from time to time in its sole discretion.
