Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Role Overview: As a key member of the Corporate Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic asset management and acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, with expertise in lease negotiation, property development, and market analysis.

• Maintain accurate records of leased properties, including rent rolls and lease expiration dates
• Develop relationships with third-party landlords to negotiate favorable lease terms
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations for acquisitions and dispositions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Management: Oversee the Company's owned and leased real estate portfolio, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs
2. Acquisitions: Identify and pursue strategic acquisition opportunities, working closely with the Vice President of Real Estate to develop and execute plans
3. Supervision: Provide guidance and support to the Real Estate Associate, ensuring the successful execution of their duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in commercial real estate
• At least 5 years of experience in asset management and/or acquisition
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
