Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and outgoing person to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. This is a flexible position that can be W-2, 1099, full-time, or part-time. It involves going door-to-door, engaging directly with potential customers, and generating leads for Vamos Health. The ideal candidate is experienced in acquiring clients for new businesses and has a strong ability to connect with people in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach: Travel door-to-door in your assigned area to engage homeowners and residents, introducing them to Vamos Health membership opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with prospects by understanding their health needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Closing Sales: Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns, and objections, converting leads into members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product team on customer preferences and potential improvements to our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, client acquisition, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills with a confident and extroverted personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Previous experience in missionary work, attending job fairs, or similar environments is a plus.
- Having your own car, being reliable, capable of setting up a stand with advertising tools, coordinating the team is desirable.
- Must be proficient in both English and Spanish

- U.S. work authorization required for W-2 role. W-9 completion is required for 1099 contract.

- Access to a vehicle you can use every day for job functions (mileage reimbursed)
Work Environment:
- Outdoor setting (regardless of weather) with occasional team huddle at Vamos Health clinic.
- Frequent use of a computer, tablet, and/or cell phone
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heat or cold temperatures.
