Door-to-Door Sales Representative (W-2, Full-Time, or Part-Time)

Our goal is to keep mixed-Medicaid eligible families visiting the doctor together and to provide continuity of care as individuals fall in and out of eligibility.

Compensation: From $8500 a month 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a confident and outgoing person to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. This is a flexible position that can be W-2, full-time, or part-time. It involves going door-to-door, engaging directly with potential customers, and generating leads for Vamos Health. The ideal candidate is experienced in acquiring clients for new businesses and has a strong ability to connect with people in person. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Sales Outreach: Travel door-to-door in your assigned area to engage homeowners and residents, introducing them to Vamos Health membership opportunities.  

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with prospects by understanding their health needs and offering tailored solutions.  

• Closing Sales: Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns, and objections, converting leads into members.  

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.  

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.  

• Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product team on customer preferences and potential improvements to our services. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, client acquisition, or similar roles. 

• Strong communication skills with a confident and extroverted personality. 

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. 

• Previous experience in missionary work, attending job fairs, or similar environments is a plus. 

• Having your own car, being reliable, capable of setting up a stand with advertising tools, coordinating the team is desirable. 

• Must be proficient in both English and Spanish 

• Other Requirements: 

• • U.S. work authorization required.

• • Access to a vehicle you can use every day for job functions (mileage reimbursed) 

Work Environment: 

• Outdoor setting (regardless of weather) with occasional team huddle at Vamos Health clinic.  

• Frequent use of a computer, tablet, and/or cell phone  

• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates  

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heat or cold temperatures.
