What you will do in this role
- Act as a site admin for a list of assigned clients regarding IT administrative responsibilities, including recommendations for solutions, upgrades, and project work.
- Keep specified documentation for all sites that are assigned in shared knowledgebase.
- Consistent communication with designated point of contacts at assigned sites.
- Software and hardware are kept up to date, including implementing Windows patches, end point protection, and remote management.
- Participate in a team-focused learning environment by mentoring and training Level 1 Systems Engineers.
- Serve as level 2 customer service escalation for customers/engineers while responding in a timely fashion to meet service level agreements.
- Documents ticketing system in order to account for accurate time worked.
- Work with partner companies/vendors to deploy, repair, or offer solutions.
