Apartment Complex Cleaner
Greensburg, KS Area
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming as part of apartment turnover
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial cleaning techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and coworkers
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
