Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Process and enter invoices into the accounts payable system.
- Ensure proper coding and allocation of expenses.
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices or payments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as purchasing and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
- General accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Sense of Urgency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
