Posted Position: This Service Administrator role is an integral part of our business success. In this position, you will be working with our Service Department Technicians, customers and others to be the launch point for all things service. You will be the first point of contact at the time of request and last point of contact for closing the billings. You will be responsible for being organized, efficient, and optimizing your departments efforts.
Job Tasks
· Actively answer and address all incoming service department calls.
· Competently, calmly, and politely interpret the customer’s service needs.
· Communicate findings with Service Department Site Leads.
· Enter, maintain, and update information in computer systems.
· Manage attendance and time-off schedules for Service Technicians.
· Keep up to date service records and warranty information.
· Determine and book needed travel arrangements for work group.
· Complete follow-up calls with customers and confirm service completion and customer satisfaction with end result.
Job Requirements:
· Experience with CRM, ERP, or efficiency in computer systems preferred.
· Strong skillset working with spreadsheets.
· Excellent communication skills and calm, professional demeanor.
· Impeccable follow-up skills.
