Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Home Care Experience a must (Minimum 1 year)
- Participate in on-call rotation as assigned (On call hours are 4 : 30p-8 : 30a weekdays & weekends)
- Customer Service and / or Employee Relations experience a must
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to build relationships with our customers and employees to ensure their needs are being met
- Self-starter who is eager to take initiative, pays attention to details and exceeds customer expectations
- Takes ownership of problems and is creative in finding solutions
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism and emotional maturity
- Compassionate and dependable
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
