What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of experience in a safety-focused role, preferably within the construction industry. A high school diploma is a must, with an associate degree or safety-related certifications being a plus. In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with construction safety are essential. You should be comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments, capable of managing multiple tasks at once, and possess a keen eye for detail. Your ability to lead by example and maintain a positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations, will be key to your success.
