Van Horn of Manitowoc has an excellent opportunity for a Part time Automotive Parts Shipper/Receiver!
The Parts Shipper/Receiver delivers and picks up parts and equipment for the dealership. The employee will also assist with inventory, shipping and receiving parts.

Job Duties:
- Maintain a clean and efficient area of parts and supplies
- Stock in all incoming parts/supplies and reconcile invoice against actual inventory received
- Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
- Make sure all parts are in good condition
- Make sure all returns have invoices
- Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Request recipient’s signature on each delivery entry
- Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed
- Advises parts or service manager if delivery truck needs major repairs and maintenance
- Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department, including trash removal and keeping floors clean of any debris
- Assisting parts counterperson by picking orders and providing parts to technicians
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
