Van Horn Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Accounting Assistant to join our Support team! The Corporate Accounting Assistant will provide accounting and clerical support to the Corporate Controller.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Balance and maintain general ledger accounts for several entities
- Reconcile bank transactions
- Assist with legal process for delinquent accounts
- Assist with funding process for WCC
- Manage daily transactions for Van Horn Rental
- Prepare and understand financial statements
- Collaborate with entities on accounts payable and invoicing
- Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Accounting background/education beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must possess good communication skills
