Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper that is detailed orientated, enjoys learning and is quality minded. The position is for 3 days a week, hours are flexible but must remain consistent. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties
- Enter transactions from bank statements and credit card statements
- Enter transactions from payroll reports
- Review and reconcile transactions for completeness and accuracy
- Review general ledger
Professional and clean work environment. Assistant bookkeeper will report to the senior bookkeeper and will have a small independent office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
