Responsibilities:
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Assist with general repair of property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors.
- Perform janitorial services as needed.
- Assist with maintenance of storage areas and maintenance materials.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience or valid training.
- EPA & HVAC Certifications required.
- CPO preferred.
Perks:
- $22.00-$23.00 per hour.
- Annual Bonus Potential: $4,500 annually, paid quarterly.
