As the Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for administering Van Metre's new home warranty program within our communities. The goals of this position are to deliver a world-class customer experience to homeowners by developing positive relationships, as well as providing reliable services that also empower our homeowners to maintain a healthy home to enjoy for years to come. You will oversee the management of day-to-day warranty activities within one or more of our communities, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
