What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse position at Van Vreede's?
Our Warehouse employee will be responsible for:
-Receiving product, and recording data manually or using computer.
-Storing/stacking items in an orderly and accessible manner according to previously designated areas in warehouse.
-Pulling product and assist with loading trucks for following day deliveries.
-Assisting with customer pick-ups when necessary.
-The perfect individual for this position will have previous experience in a warehouse or loading yard setting. They will have previous experience using a clamp, picker, computer, and dealing with detailed product model numbers, or the ability to learn quickly. Must be conscious of safety requirements for operating machinery.
-This position will operate between the hours of 12:00 - 8:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend hours are 8 am-5 pm Saturday and 11 am-5 pm on Sunday. Work 2 weekends in a month. 40 hours total
-**Must have valid Driver's License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.75 - $17.00 per hour
