Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Internet Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online leads, engaging with potential customers, and guiding them through the digital sales process. Strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Management & Follow-Up:

• Respond promptly to online inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Proactively follow up with potential customers through calls, texts, and emails.
• Maintain a high closing ratio by effectively nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

✅ Customer Engagement & Sales Process:

• Provide detailed information on vehicles, financing options, and dealership promotions.
• Schedule test drives and in-person appointments for interested customers.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and customer interactions.

✅ Digital Marketing & Social Media Support:

• Assist in creating engaging online content to attract buyers.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on social media.

✅ Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying process.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Internet Sales, Automotive Sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
Experience with automotive sales is a plus but not required.
