We are growing and looking for a Business Office Phones Concierge to join our team!
You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls related to business office functions.
- Multitasking between several different technology systems to complete day-to-day work.
- Responding to questions and concerns of callers and directing calls to appropriate business office team members as needed.
- Taking payment information from patients and entering payment accurately to their account.
- Providing thorough education to patients about their medical billing inquiries, and de-escalating calls if appropriate.
- Exceeding our patients’ expectations with active listening, effective communication, and empathy.
- Assisting with a variety of business office duties, including projects and other duties as assigned.
You Have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
