You Will Make an Impact By:
- Positively promoting Vance Thompson Vision within the communities in which we serve.
- Overseeing and supporting the day-to-day clinical operations, while ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Understanding patient flow and the various clinical support roles and maintaining sufficient staffing levels.
- Developing, establishing, and reviewing clinical operations and procedures in accordance with Vance Thompson Vision policies and procedures.
- Monitoring patient satisfaction and patient feedback for implementing continuous operational improvement.
- Acting as a liaison and facilitating communication between doctors, management, and all team members.
- Evaluating opportunities and making recommendations for capital and efficiency improvements.
- Mentoring, training, supervising and developing staff to achieve high levels of performance.
- Communicating regularly, proactively, and clearly at all levels of the organization.
You Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent. Master of Business Administration preferred.
- A minimum of three to five years’ experience in clinic or healthcare leadership is preferred.
