Job Opportunity:
We are growing and we are looking for a First Impressions Phones Supervisor to join our team!
You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Supervising the work activities of the phone team, and delegating tasks to ensure adequate work loads for team members.
- Tracking department metrics, identifying trends, and communicating findings with phone team leadership.
- Working within the functional area on a regular basis to stay connected with processes and issues.
- Addressing staffing needs and overseeing the scheduling of staff to maintain adequate coverage for phone volumes.
- Coaching phone team members on performance, and providing feedback on both a formal and informal basis.
- Participating in annual performance reviews by providing feedback and identifying development needs and opportunities for staff.
- Building and fostering a positive team environment and promoting a positive work culture and experience.
- Approving time-off requests, and approving time cards for team members.
You Have:
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in customer service
- Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting helpful
- The ability to travel up to 20% of the time
