Job Opportunity:
We are growing and we are looking for a First Impressions – Atrium Manager to join our team!
You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the atrium staff.
- Maintaining efficient atrium functions, including evaluating staffing levels, staff proficiency, and job responsibilities.
- Interviewing and hiring atrium staff members.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns and complaints amongst atrium team members.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with patients and team members.
- Establishing individual and team goals for the department.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with the team to help maintain high employee performance and morale.
- Organizing and overseeing the schedule and work of atrium team members.
- Participating in annual performance reviews by providing feedback and identifying development needs and opportunities for staff.
- Ensuring the atrium area is clean and visually appealing to patients, and that food items are fully stocked and available at all times.
- Assisting with atrium staff duties as needed.
- Exceeding our patient’s and employee’s expectations through active listening, effective communication, and empathy.
You Have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years’ management experience required
- Previous customer service experience helpful
