We are growing and we are looking for a Research Manager to join our team!

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Establishing individual and team goals for the research team.
- Building and fostering a positive team environment and promoting a positive work culture and experience.
- Communicating with sponsors regarding team trainings and team start needs for new studies.
- Working with team to ensure IRB start, continue review, close-out submissions and any sponsor requests are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and working with study leads to ensure subject recruitment commitments to sponsors are being fulfilled.
- Completing protocol meetings with team to ensure study understanding prior to enrollment.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members for continued growth and success.
- Conducting meetings with research team and supporting doctors to discuss enrollment, study plans, conduct training and any other relevant information.
You Have:
- A bachelor's degree in a health-related field
- Prior experience in academic, pharmaceutical, or medical device clinical trials
- Working knowledge in research methodology and federal regulations applicable to clinical trials preferred
- Ophthalmic Assistant certification and clinical research coordinator certification
- Minimum three years’ experience working in research preferred.
