As A Customer and Sales Support Representative, Responsibilities Include:
- In-person engagement with customers helps promote telecommunications products, in addition to services, as well as sell them.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle questions and fix problems in a professional way.
- Provide assistance to sales initiatives by comprehensively helping throughout product demonstrations and thoroughly presenting data.
- Improve communication and sales skills by attending Customer and Sales Support Representative training sessions regularly.
- Input and maintain precise customer data using mobile devices and keeping everything confidential.
