As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for providing effective face-to-face communication with both clients and customers surrounding the Portland, OR area. You will do this by using knowledge of our client's products and services. Our Associates work hard to expand our footprint and have a strong sense of leadership and responsibility to ensure the client's wants and needs are met for their products.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service, marketing, sales experience (not required, but a plus).
- Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure.
- Commitment to continual education about the company, our clients, and their products and services.
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High-energy and optimism.
- Self-motivator.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer and client relationships.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.

- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
- Partnership with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
