We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of new large scale healthcare facilities and / or complex tenant improvement projects in existing buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in healthcare projects, and will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that span across one or more business units while managing resources, schedules and financials throughout project life cycles. This position requires the individual to successfully manage issues, risks and change requests to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to process improvement initiatives as they relate to improving project delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead the construction project from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
  • Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness; perform value engineering when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
  • Maintain RAID log and communicate mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

  • Strong ability to manage multiple competing objectives, to prioritize and to communicate complex information in clear and unambiguous terms to institute leaders and project teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and ability to present to executive leaders
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work remotely with a high degree of autonomy and lead project teams virtually using Zoom or MS Teams EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required
  • Master's Degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare facilities
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Pay Range : $93,850.00 - $140,775.00 The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position. We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefit-eligible employees qualify for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment. Vancouver Clinic offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long term disability, health savings account, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and multiple supplemental benefits (voluntary life, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, legal services, etc.). We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE / hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
