What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Technician position at Vander Haag's Inc.?
We have a full time opening for a hands-on inventory specialist role! The Inside/Outside Inventory Technician will conduct an inspection on purchased units and verify information from our team of Salvage Buyers. This role will also update salvage specs and pictures in our inventory system and identify the condition of various components (body parts, drive train, crash parts, etc.). This position will work outdoors on a regular basis as well as indoors entering the appropriate data into our inventory management system.
Strong computer skills (tablet and/or desktop) and a high level of attention to detail are required for this position! Prior working experience with heavy duty trucks (Class 6 - 8) is preferred, but not required. Vander Haag's is willing to provide the necessary training for the right candidate.
Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays required!
Compensation: This position pays an hourly base compensation overtime. Pay is dependent on experience and can range from $18.00 up to $23.00 for qualified candidates. Compensation is dependent upon experience level.
