Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team at VanderZiel Machinery Sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience managing multiple companies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections follow-up
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and journal postings
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all accounting platforms
• Process and manage payroll across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably managing books for multiple companies

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and comfort with financial modeling
