As an accountant with VanderZiel Machinery, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
You will also assist with budgeting and long-term financial planning, implement process improvements, and contribute to financial due diligence and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections follow-up
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and journal postings
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all accounting platforms
- Process and manage payroll across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably managing books for multiple companies
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and comfort with financial modeling
