In this role, you will conduct analytical testing and interpret results to support new product development, quality control, and regulatory compliance. This position has the opportunity for significant career growth into senior analytical, R&D, or leadership roles.Job Duties : Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using ICP, AA, HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, Mass Spec, NMR, and many other analytical instruments and techniques.Prepare samples, conduct tests, and ensure results meet accuracy, reliability, and regulatory standards.Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.Follow established laboratory procedures and contribute to the revision of work instructions as needed.Maintain ISO documentation and adhere to safety protocols for chemical handling and waste disposal.Support method development and validation under the guidance of senior chemists.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Production, to align testing with project objectives.Document and report findings accurately, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).Job Requirements : Recent MS / PhD graduates as well as experienced analytical chemists (BS – PhD) with a passion and can-do attitude for analytical testing and interpretation are encouraged to apply.Education : Bachelor’s degree in chemistry.MS or PhD in analytical chemistry preferred.Note that the actual job title and salary will be commensurate with experience and education.Experience : 10 or more years of related academic or industrial experience.Expertise in analytical test methods and method development.Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in collaborative environments.High level of independence and initiative in moving projects forward and meeting project objectives and timelines.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex scientific concepts clearly.Ability to characterize novel chemical compounds, including organometallic compounds.Job Type : Full-timePay : $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits : 401(k)Flexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementSchedule : Monday to FridayWork Location : In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
