**The Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As a member of our clinical laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests, developing and implementing new procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate test results.

**Responsibilities:**
* Perform routine and complex laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
* Develop and implement new laboratory procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate test results and effective patient care
* Participate in quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory test results

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
* ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist
* Less than 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
