Position Summary :
The Executive Education Learning Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and effective delivery of a portfolio of Executive Education programs. This role encompasses custom solutions and programs for diverse individuals, utilizing both in-person and virtual formats. You will manage all operational aspects of executive education engagements including logistics, communications, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction while delivering programs efficiently and cost-effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight stays is essential to support program delivery.

Please Note : This position is designated as flexible / hybrid, with an expectation to work on-site at OGSM at least 3 days a week when not traveling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of designated executive education engagements to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage logistics for learning engagements including registrations, communications, faculty scheduling, venue selection, transportation, and technology setup.
- Participate in class sessions and events, contributing to the strategic goals of Vanderbilt University and Owen Graduate School of Management.
- Engage in program-related activities (meals, recreation, specific sessions) to support operational needs and resolve any immediate issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on all assigned engagements for future reference and execute necessary updates to operational plans.
- Develop and manage learning portals (e.g., NovoEd) for all engagements, ensuring timely and accurate posting of materials and information.
- Craft and deliver customized pre- and post-program communications to participants.
- Make strategic decisions to ensure quality and client satisfaction within budget parameters.
- Manage Salesforce activities for engagements, maintaining accurate participant records and capturing payments.
- Complete close-out processes for engagements, providing necessary information to the Executive Education Managing Director and the Owen Finance and Administration team.
- Lead the evaluation process for each engagement, suggesting enhancements for long-term program success.
- Act as the primary contact for custom program partnerships as required.
- Enhance client relationships through exceptional program execution and strategic partnerships.
- Support business development by meeting potential clients and showcasing delivery capabilities.
- Promote Executive Education solutions and programs to clients.
Reporting Structure :
This position reports directly to the Managing Director of Executive Education and does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience Required :
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or five years of relevant work experience is required.
