What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with local organizations to create a referral network
- Support and guide residents in their recovery journey
- Lead your home and community with purpose and structure
- Oversee financials, impact goals, and compliance to ensure long-term success

Compensation: This is a flexible part-time role with a typical pay range of $650 - $1,200 per month, depending on experience and performance.
