Our mission is to equip passionate individuals and teams to independently plant, grow, and lead sober living homes in their communities. We believe access to sober living for men and women in recovery will save lives, rebuild families, and strengthen communities. Our organization supports and provides resources to and maintains a membership organization for independent sober living operators. We work with independent operators by helping them build and lead homes alongside our team for training, support, and access to our full sober living platform (template documents, insurance, handbooks, software, systems, and program design). We believe that empowering local Operators through shared equity ownership is they key to success and has allowed Vanderburgh Sober Living to build a truly groundbreaking organization.
The Position
This important and exciting role is responsible for independently developing and leading a sober living organization in Greenfield, MA through outreach and community development in an independently owned and operated sober living home community. Candidates should be prepared to build and independently run a sober living home, affiliated with Vanderburgh Sober Living, serving residents in the local community.

Responsibilities
- Reach - Connect with community organizations to build a referral base to support residents in your sober living home
- Engage - Connect with residents in the home to offer support and guidance
- Lead - Lead your recovery community and House Manager to offer a structured and focused sober living environment
- Administer - Engage in month-end review of financials, impact goals, and compliance requirements to ensure long-term success

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation
This is a flexible part-time role with a typical pay range of $650 - $1,200 per month, depending on experience and performance. Generous performance-based incentives and bonuses are available. This role includes flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and professional development assistance.
