Finance Manager (Remote - Portland Metro Area)

This is a remote role that requires client visits in the Portland, Oregon Metro area.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-profile client relationships, providing personalized financial and accounting services.
- Provide high-level financial support for clients, including managing cash flow, preparing financial statements, and special projects (acquisitions, expense allocations, etc.).
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring adherence to budget through spending controls.
- Offer FP&A support to accounting team, providing expertise in forecasting cash flow, due diligence, and new investment evaluations.
- Cross-train accountants on financial analysis, including cash management, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
- Coordinate and prepare year-end financial reports and regulatory filings.
- Support continuous growth of the organization and tend to ad-hoc finance projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience working directly with high profile clients, managing financial functions for their organization(s).
- Solid experience with investments, financial analysis, cash forecasting, budget analysis, and financial statement review.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Sage or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client expectations, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in property management, hospitality, family office, or consulting preferred.
- Treasury management and banking experience a plus.
Compensation: $110k-$130k (DOE)
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
