Financial Planner - Merchandise Responsibilities
- Lead pre- and in-season merchandise financial planning (Revenue, Margin, Inventory) for the organization's stores.
- Align assortment plans with merchandise financial plans to support the organization's consumer-focused strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory health and optimize revenue margins.
- Analyze market data and trends to drive financial and inventory forecasts.
- Drive strategic decisions and trade-off actions across units to maintain alignment with fiscal targets.
- 4 years of experience in retail planning, particularly in merchandise financial planning.
- Strong understanding of key retail metrics (Retail Sales, ST%, WOS, Revenue, Margin).
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on strategic decision-making and forecasting.
