Our innovative manufacturing client seeks a passionate and energetic HR Generalist to grow with their dynamic team! This role will play a key part in supporting the human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate is adaptable, flexible, and brings a solutions-oriented approach to a quick-growing team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support employees regarding benefits, timecards, performance management, and general HR inquiries.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees seeking guidance or clarification on HR-related matters.
- Assist with administration of HR programs and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Support compensation and benefits administration activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
