Insurance Compliance & Reporting Specialist Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain insurance renewal forms, applications, and related documentation.
- Issue and track Certificates of Insurance, compiling terms, endorsements, and compliance information.
- Gather, enter, and manage insurance-related data, including vehicle and property coverage details.
- Support the use of internal systems including SharePoint and Riskonnect for insurance data workflows.
- Coordinate with brokers on open items, quote reviews, and market updates, while supporting special projects.
- Experience with insurance compliance, certificates, or underwriting data management.
- Proficiency with data systems such as SharePoint; familiarity with insurance platforms a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and external collaboration.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working independently and providing backup coverage within a team setting.
