Payroll Specialist (ADP) Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP WFN for OR/WA/CA employees, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Handle garnishments, reimbursements, and final paychecks.
- Address employee payroll concerns; research and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities (job postings, candidate screening, interviews, etc.).
- Assist with developing/maintaining employee training, safety, and compliance materials.
- At least 2 years of experience processing multi-state payroll through ADP WFN.
- Strong knowledge wage laws and best practices.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Resourceful with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or certification in HR a plus; high School diploma or equivalent required.
