Research Coordinator Responsibilities
- Facilitate athlete engagement throughout research programs, including recruitment, onboarding, participation, and follow-ups.
- Manage athlete relationships, ensuring retention and compliance with program requirements.
- Coordinate research events by guiding athletes through the appropriate studies and ensuring smooth execution.
- Communicate with athletes, staff, and researchers to provide program details, address inquiries, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory and tracking of research tools and materials.
- Monitor and report key study metrics to support ongoing improvements.
- Experience in customer service, client relations, or project management.
- Exposure to sports environments or athlete-focused programs.
- Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, Campaign Monitor, Adobe, and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Interest in process improvement and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on contributing to team goals.
