Position Overview :
Our client is seeking a dedicated and personable Technical Support Specialist to join their team for a 3-month contract during tax season. This role will be based onsite at their Mission Valley office, where you will provide vital technical support to tax professionals during a busy time of year. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a strong customer service background, as you'll be interacting directly with tax staff to resolve tech-related issues. If you have experience with O365 administration, ticketing systems, and Last Pass, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to staff in a tax office setting, including troubleshooting O365 issues and general IT support.
- Manage the ticketing system, including handling IT requests through the SolarWinds platform (prior experience with SolarWinds is not required).
- Assist with LastPass administration to ensure secure password management across the team.
- Offer customer service-focused assistance with patience and professionalism, guiding users through technical issues.
- Occasional travel to the Carlsbad office, with reimbursement for time and mileage.
