Vanderlande is seeking a talented college student to join our Supply Chain team as a Supply Execution Intern.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison to resolve supply issues and ensure the efficient delivery of material, service, and cost objectives.
- Find solutions for out-of-stock situations or shortage of supply issues by working with vendors and internally with other departments, providing recommended mitigation opportunities.
- Manage delivery performance and root cause reasons for delays using weak point management.
- Create project summary report and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrated usage of analytical tools and familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Smartsheet, Hubble, MS PowerBI, etc.)
- Ability to problem solve with creative solutions.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with ability to influence and build consensus.
