Roles / Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, identifying objectives, target demographics, key messaging, and strategic approaches.

- Manage Google Ads campaigns, focusing on optimization and performance improvement to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics, drawing insights to inform strategies and improve web presence.
- Generate engaging content for social media platforms, aligning with overall marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Recommend website modifications to bolster SEO rankings, ensuring content is optimized for search engine visibility.

Position Details:
This position is part-time in-person at our Charlotte, NC office (South End area). This role will start at about 20 hours/week with flexibility to work anytime during our business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm). Following an initial review period, opportunities for additional hours and transition into full-time employment may become available. In this capacity, effective collaboration with various team members and clear communication with company leadership, including direct discussions with the CEO, are imperative.
